Game Cancellation

If a game is cancelled by the organizer or does not take place due to insufficient players:

• All registered players will receive a full refund
• No cancellation fees apply — you will not be charged
• You will be notified as soon as possible if a game is cancelled

Respect & Conduct

Respect is a fundamental principle of our game. All players are expected to treat one another with dignity, fairness, and respect, both on and off the field.

• No Violence: Physical violence is strictly prohibited. Engaging in physical violence will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• Verbal Misconduct: Verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Repeated or severe instances will lead to a ban.
• Anti-Harassment: Any form of harassment will result in a swift and permanent ban.
• Sportsmanship: Celebrate good plays, support your teammates, and respect the opposition.

Format

• We play on synthetic turf - turf shoes are highly recommended.
• Every 7 minutes, the substitute swaps with a player, and goes to goalkeeper.
• Captain is responsible for making and balancing the teams.

Game Rules

• All stoppages are restarted with kick-ins.
• Goals CAN be scored off corner kicks.
• Goals CAN NOT be scored from sideline/byline kick-ins.
• If there is a handball or a foul that denies a clear goal, a goal is awarded.
• A ball passed to the GK must not be caught by hand.

Cancellation Policy

• Any Cancellation on Waiting List | FREE
• More than 20h before the game | FREE
• 12-20h before the game | 1€ fee
• 4-12h before the game | 50% fee
• Less than 4h before the game | NO REFUND

No Show Policy

Players who don't show up will receive a Yellow Card:

• 2 yellow cards = 1 week BAN
• 4 yellow cards = 1 month BAN
• 6 yellow cards = 3 months BAN
• 8 yellow cards = Permanent BAN

Material

• The captain will provide quality equipment
• Lost/damaged items must be repaid (ball: 30€, bib: 3€)
