Lisbon is full of football pitches — tucked behind apartment blocks, inside historic sports complexes, and along the river. We organise casual games on many of them every week, so we know these grounds well. Here are the ones our players keep coming back to.
Campo Pequeno — the central classic
Right next to the iconic bullring and steps from the Campo Pequeno metro station, this is the easiest pitch in the city to reach. If you work in central Lisbon and want a game straight after the office, this is the one. Its location makes it one of our most popular venues.
INATEL Alvalade — the historic complex
The INATEL complex in Alvalade is a piece of Lisbon sports history, and its two pitches (Norte and South) host several of our weekly games. Great atmosphere, easy transport links, and the cafés of Alvalade nearby for after the game.
Estádio Universitário — the big sports park
The university stadium grounds in Cidade Universitária form one of the biggest sports complexes in town. We play on pitches 2A and 3A — well-kept, spacious, and right by the Cidade Universitária metro stop.
PlayArena Belém — football by the river
Hard to beat the setting: quality small-sided pitches near the Belém waterfront, in the monument district of west Lisbon. The post-game scenery alone is worth the trip. Its sister complex, PlayArena Alvalade, brings the same quality to the north of the city.
Roma-Areeiro — the commuter favourite
Right by the Roma-Areeiro interchange, where trains, metro and buses converge. If you are coming from outside the centre, no pitch is easier to reach. A practical, popular spot for weekday evening games.
Every venue we use has its own page with photos, directions and that pitch’s upcoming games — browse the full list and find the one nearest you.
